Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show performance on February 9, 2025, was not only musically electrifying but also a statement in fashion. His outfit—a custom Martine Rose varsity jacket with “Gloria” across the front and a pair of striking bootcut jeans—was rich with meaning and personal significance.

The “Gloria” Jacket

Designed by British-Jamaican menswear designer Martine Rose, Lamar’s varsity jacket featured the word “Gloria” in bold lettering. This was a reference to Gloria, the final track on his 2024 album GNX, where the name symbolizes his lyrical mastery and the heights of his career. The Bootcut Jeans

Complementing the jacket, Lamar wore flared bootcut jeans—an unexpected yet stylish choice that added to the outfit’s impact.
