Nigel Farage is being accused of lying over election promises to reduce council tax.
A Reform UK leaflet put out across an area of Kent for the County elections in May 2025 appears to offer to reduce tax.
The clearly localised County level flyer was designed and printed by David Wimble.
Mr Wimble was then elected as the Reform councillor for the Romney Marsh ward in Folkestone & Hythe.
Cllr Wimble currently holds the position of cabinet member for Economic Development & special projects.
The flyers had both the Kent County Council Logo and Kent County Council Election written on them.
Nigel Farage has been repeatedly questioned on this major policy which has clearly been printed on localised literature.
The County election in Kent returned 5 Reform councillors out of the 6 seats available in Folkestone & Hythe.
The question is, what other kind of tax could be reduced locally?
Comment what you think should be done about this. ๐
