After a break through counselling session last week my life philosophy has changed. I have released any previous negatives that have for years caused me a great deal of anxiety and negative attitudes. Since this revaluation of my attitudes some beautiful positive things have started to happen. You see holding on to past events can eat away at your soul, slowly manifesting into much deeper pain and anxiety which is self destructive, and can destroy you. When you stop living in the past and take life one day at a time, one moment at a time it becomes much easier. Releasing a negative experience directly after it happens instead of holding onto it is so much healthier and tomorrow it will be in the past and that’s where it has to stay. It has gone. Live your life in the moment don’t worry about what’s to come or what has been. Distract yourself with positive actions do good and continue to believe life can get better. 💜
