I never planned to release this
The Call was meant to be a quick solo test a way to explore camera tracking and test a few shots from a longer short film I’ve been writing.

Somehow, that little experiment ended up being officially selected at the Humro Cinema Film Festival 2025 🇳🇵

I guess that’s the magic of filmmaking 🤷🏽‍♂️ even the fragments of unfinished stories can find their own audience.

He wanted control. The rain took it from him 🌧

I wasn’t planning to shoot in the rain 😅 it just decided to join in.

What started as a micro-short about control and silence turned into something else entirely. 🙄

Dinner for One is a test piece for a bigger film, about a man who tries to isolate her, and ends up alone himself.

Shot, lit, and performed solo on the Sony FX3 with two lights and a candle.

Not the final film, just the test that survived the storm. 😅
