Your diaphragm isn’t just “for breathing”… it’s a muscle & like any muscle, it can be weak tight or underused.

That means shallow breaths, quicker fatigue & that chest tightening “I can’t catch my breath” feeling when you run.

Stronger breath = steadier pace & Less tension = more control.

This is the kind of strength most people skip
