Long post to explain about how I roll, to avoid the re-occurrence of awaking the angry man, inside me.
1) I work very hard at a high pressure job.
2) I am nearly 70
3) I do music to get away from pressure.
4) I am very easy going.
5) I give 100% for any projects I am involved in
6) I will supply lifts and the use of any equipment I have for the benefit of the project.
7) I make up for my lack of talent by hard work and structure.
8) I expect participants in the project to pull their weight.
9) I will not tolerate. any on the project talking behind anyone's back.
10) If a statement or communication adds undue stress, or is likely to stop me working, I will calmly ask for the person not to do it again and try to explain, in an open discussion with all members of the team.
11) If there is a complete lack of understanding, then there is no way we can move forward.
12) Shrugging it off as unimportant or not accepting why it caused a problem will start to raise my hackles.
13) If someone leaves the project because they feel I am being unfair, without being willing to have an open conversation will make me probably lose it and leave the project.

Just a warning that if I venture out of the studio and do anything live, be it open mics, playing or music projects, It will be on those terms.

No music at the moment. Updating my music room, relearning songs from my back catalog on acoustic and on bass, working on my singing and trying to get a band together. Want to get out and do it live and purely for fun :)

Well that was an interesting week! I keep learning about myself:
1) Too easy going most of the time.
2) Too reactionary, when someone oversteps the mark.
3) Still try to please people, too much
4) Still hate people being unfair.
5) I am a crap performer on guitar, bass and vocals, these days.
6) Decent composer an producer.
7) Good at getting bands gig ready and encouraging others.

Working on all of these things to improve myself, a;though running out of time now.

BFG band is coming together, slowly. May have to play bass and sing but have potential drums, guitar and multi instrumentalist.

A throwback to 1988. Old Roland MT-32, Yamaha DX7, Drums on Keyboard, recorded on a 4 track cassette, Digitally remastered from the original mix down and video clips added.
35 years later, I realise this is one of the best things I have recorded, on my own.

Instrumental written in 1988, with old school FM synths and recorded on to a C90 cassette tape. Transferred back to PC and remastered 31 years latter. Henc...
