Every Vietnamese mum has cooked this dish hundreds of times - Chicken porridge (cháo gà) - the ultimate comfort food: warm, silky, nutritious, and so easy to eat when you’re under the weather. But honestly? We eat it any time of day because it’s just that good.
Make it vegan or non-vegan, simple or loaded, today I’m making the classic chicken version because my daughter asked (and my husband’s away, so non-vegan option 😂).
