The staff at Clod Magazine are working around the clock to finish a 60 page new Clod edition (issue 41), in time for up and coming Book Fairs. Note in the photos attached that the lid of the Pritt glue is pretty much permanently off! And the new Ikea rug is covered in awful, devilish snippets of paper from our genuine version of the cut ‘n’ paste method. Will we make it in time? Jury’s out at the moment, but we’re trying!

Space needed.

We're 'getting on' with the 41st ed. (did you really think we'd stop at 40?!), so we need to find space to put them in.

It's Bandcamp Friday, too. Unless you read this and it's not. Get Clod issues, books, t-shirts and all the rest of it and make several octogenerians stare off into the middle distance with a look of happiness-tinged-with-fear-of-what's-coming and the smell of spilled beer and old biscuits.

We at Clod Magazine are pleased to say that there are now 23 framed pages of our magazine on show in the Hat Factory’s “Long Gallery”. An exhibition created by The Culture Trust.

Pages have been enlarged to A1 size, and in full colour, as scans of the previously unseen original art work.

It’s a free show that can be viewed during Hat Factory opening hours.

While the exhibition continues (and expands, and changes!) the Clod people are available to offer their take on things like “the pursuit of success” and “the not-pursuit of success”.

Tickets are free and available, so get along on Friday at 6.00pm if it appeals.

It’ll be fun and informal, with a slide-show, musical interlude and pre-amble tunes. 🙂
