We’ve been keeping (and growing!) a little secret 🤰🏼

I’ve been a little quiet on here recently, but it’s been for the loveliest reason. Alongside creating plenty of gorgeous weddings behind the scenes, I’ve also been growing our little boy — and we cannot wait to meet him in January 🥹

I want this post to be a happy announcement first and foremost, but also a little reassurance: absolutely no weddings will be affected. I’ll be taking some time off from January–April (I’ll still be on emails, just no wedding days!) so we can soak up that precious newborn bubble 💖

We’re so excited for this next chapter, and if anyone fancies baby cuddles, he’ll be our tiny sidekick at next season’s weddings!

This wedding was just EVERYTHING 🤤 working with these two was so much fun and seeing everything come together for their big day was just the best 🌞

I don’t think I’ve ever struggled so much to choose favourites for the grid! From the stunning flowers by , the insane back drop of and just the ridiculous talent of (I’ve been sat here for almost 2 hours going through them all trying to choose!)

I haven’t shared much from this shoot! But how stunning 😍 this was our first shoot of 2025 and boy was it a beauty!

We did a table scape full of lux satin fabric, lots of natural elements in the candle holders & little details and it all got pulled together beautifully by floral artwork. The team who worked on this shoot were just 11/10 😍

Oh hi 👋🏼

I always feel weird doing photos of myself and reintroducing myself but hey ho, people invest in the person right?!

A few things about me..

I’m Amy, and I started Ink & Alder back in 2019, just before the pandemic hit (great timing, right?). Since then, it’s evolved in the best possible way. I focus mainly on design and styling for your wedding or event, creating a look that’s not only cohesive but, most importantly, feels so YOU! Our goal is for your guests to walk in and think, “This is so them”—that’s the biggest compliment I could ever get!

I was always one of those people who didn’t know what they wanted to do and never felt good at anything, so starting I&A was huge for me and couldn’t fit me more, I LOVE it.

The team…

My amazing husband, Tom, is always there helping out and is my number one cheerleader 💕 You’ll definitely meet him along the way, especially if you’re using our dry hire service!

We’re also lucky to have the gorgeous Nadine () on the team, who helps style on your big day too! 🧡🧡

The 2025 season is fast approaching and we are READY, I feel like I’ve been prepping for this year forever 😝
