Posting on stories all the time might feel like the right thing to do, but it could actually be hurting your reach.

If you’re showing up non stop, Insta starts to notice people skipping past your stories. That signals 👎🏻❌ content to the algorithm, and your stories get pushed further down the list.

Here’s what we do with our clients and we can PROVE it works…. ‼️ We take a 24 hour break ‼️
�It gives the algorithm a reset and bumps you back up the story queue next time you post. Your content feels fresh again, and people are more likely to watch.

Most people only watch 5 stories per scroll, if you’re halfway down that list, you’re probably not getting seen. So instead of posting for the sake of it, post with purpose.
