26.6.2024 The Claimant became aware that the Maidstone & Malling General Election to be held on 4.7.2024 is not ‘fair and free’ so she is bringing this Judicial Review to ask for a re-run of the Maidstone & Malling election. The Claimant was unfairly excluded by Ann Widdecombe, Kent Police, the Kent Messenger & HMCST Kent from standing in the 2010 General Election despite consulting Royal Courts of Justice Elections Officer Helene Newman on 20.8.2007 and following her advice. The Claimant was told by Mrs Justice Ouseley that although she had valid grounds to have the Referendum re-run she should have issued her Judicial Review before 15.7.2016, the Claimant has challenged this General Election before 4.7.2024. The Claimant expects the Defendants to state their case to the Royal Courts of Justice Administrative Court.

I have been waiting 23 years for my trafficking & organ harvesting case to get to the Old Bailey but the CPS fast
tracked the Nigerian Ekweremadu case to the Old Bailey in a matter of months in 2022/23 whilst attempts were
made to murder me. The CPS has fast tracked my prosecution to 31.5.2024 from date of knowledge of
prosecution by post on 24.4.2024 prior to that I had not been arrested or questioned or had an idea over this
matter which is about Electoral Fraud & Proceeds of Crime Evasion; it is in contempt of Duty of Candour; the
Hillsborough Charter, the Infected Blood Scandal & the Human Rights Act as I have been ordered to be tortured,
publicly ridiculed & risk death in the Medway Magistrates Court by a Romanian CPS case worker in Brighton who
is helping a Romanian LibDem become Maidstone & Malling MP via malicious disqualification of me as a
candidate via a harassment trial aka Electoral Fraud & to avoid a multi-billion fine against the LibDem Party &
Meta. The Romanian case worker refuses to put anything in writing or explain why it is in the Public Interest to
defraud the UK Treasury of billions & to commit electoral fraud - I am legally representing myself and he has
refused me access to any CPS SEOC case papers but he says that if I do not turn up at court at 10am on 31.5.2024
with my financial details there will be a bench warrant for my immediate arrest. This is outrageous contempt for
a victim of trafficking & organ harvesting that my abuser is putting me in trial. The Ekeweremadus were charged
with conspiracy to organ harvest whereas my healthy o***y was harvested for profit. This is outrageous.

What would you like to see happen as a result of your complaint?
I would like the CPS SEOC to treat me the same as they treated the Ekweremadus. The abduction of women is
serious. Andrew Deakin was appointed by the Cabinet Office to assist the Angiolini Inquiry into Wayne Couzens'
Police Career whilst I am being punished because the abduction of Sarah Everard was avoidable if my own 2001
abduction in Bermuda had not been covered up. I spoke to Andrew Deakin's Clerk Jen about these matters
yesterday. This gross travesty of justice due to take place on 31.3.2024 is stopped and is instead appropriately
managed by SEOC CPS. Judicial Review Proceedings will be issued on 28.5.2024 with CPS SEOC as a Defendant;
Interested Parties will include the Nigerian High Commissioner in London I want justice, I want my rights under
the Human Rights Act ...... I want the previous malicious prosecutions sorted eg in 2004 to allow my violent ra**st
to get revenge on me (Folkestone Magistrates - Yolande Lindridge & Nigel Peck JP). I want the 5 year ASBO for
being a witness to murder and to the 2007 banking crash to be sorted (2009-2014). I want protected murderers
and protected banking crash perpetrators & South African business to be prosecuted. I want Rosemary Sloggett
of the Independent Traveler Limited in Cape town to be brought back to the UK to go on trial for my Bermuda
trafficking and abduction. I want a public apology. I want compensation and all perpetrators brought to justice.
No one is above the law, not even a mason. My case can assist the Royal Family too.
