Anyone else start planning for Autumn as soon as there is a slight chill in the air?! I know it's still summer but I couldn't help getting out a couple of throws just in case, including this new one from M&S . There will probably be a heatwave next week but I am just done with being pregnant during summer 😆 so bring on Autumn! 🍁

You can use your bread maker for more than bread! I used mine to make some cinnamon buns with icing for my family and they went down a treat! Of course, there are a few more steps than with bread but the bread maker takes care of the kneeding which is very useful! I used my Tower Housewares Breadmaker (AD Gifted) and transported them with my Hobbycraft Whitefurze Round Cake Box. I will link the recipe on my stories.

Rooms in progress, we have been getting ready for baby by changing around the rooms in the house: we have taken the bed out of the spare room and put in a new sofa bed (new to us from Facebook marketplace), with a mattress topper from M&S (AD) and the computer from the study, we have also gone rid of one of the chest of drawers (which involved a lot of giving stuff to the charity shop and going to the tip). We are then turning the study into the nursery: we have put a chair in there with a changing table (that plus lots of other stuff came from my sister), the cot and other stuff will be added in later and of course we need to decorate!

There is still lots to do but it feels good doing the first step and shout out to my husband doing all the heavy lifting!
