How s**t of a parent can you be for your young child to think it's appropriate to hit someone else's mother?

This is so disturbing to see, gangs of black kids jumping a 33-year-old pregnant mother picking up her 2 kids from Elementary School.

Not only do we have a problem of black men becoming a menace to their society, but now we have kids as young as 5-year-olds who think it's okay to hurt people.
