I feel like I never see this many strutting about locally 😂
Coming from the American state of Oregon, it was rare to see anyone use one. Oregonians could tell you were from out of state if you used one!

Do you like to use one or just wear a rain coat? ☔

The UK job market is tough. What makes it even tougher is when the interviewer asks a particular question that you must say "NO" to as it's a huge test to see if they should hire you. Take it from an American who's navigated the interviewing process in England lately. Times are difficult if you're not prepared.

I was denied 6 days leave for our honeymoon to Hawaii at my American workplace. We knew then we needed to move and seek out a better life for ourselves in UK. It's been a difficult and costly journey, but so worth it. I love our little life here on this wonderful Island I call home. England is everything.

Before I moved to the UK, I was warned by Brits and Americans about the weather here. And you know what? I think you just have to find the beauty with what you're given. It's not always rainy as they say here and it's not always sunny. I think it's perfect how it is in England.
