Mental health post -

This year I’ve been facing more demons than I’ve cared to admit, while I’ve continued to put a smile on my face and say I’m fine.

And in exercise of gratitude. I am 🩵
A roof over my head, food on my plate, health and the ability to wake up everyday and choose to get up.

I’ve had to exercise the practice of discipline so much more recently, I do not want to get up, but I do.
I do not want to eat anything but I do.
I do not want to work out but I have.
I do not want to practice mindfulness but I have.

The physical side of this video is the very tip of a deep dark ocean, the battles silently faced and a reminder that in those moments of darkness are the beginnings of light.

Sharing vulnerability on the internet where anyone and everyone can say anything isn’t for everyone, nor do I wish it on people to want to receive the negative side of the internet however I was told once , that being vulnerable, being honest and showing up in whatever way you can.

Helps one person feel less alone in their own life. So I do it for you. I do it for us. I do it for me.

I can feel the planet hurting and I do not care how crazy that may sound.

From the youngest age I was always a nature boy. I grew up on magazines whenever there was spare. Money to do so.

I spent my life outdoors, nature is the one thing that brings me back to calm when I’m feeling overwhelmed,

Why are we all pretending like this isn’t life threatening for us, our children, our planet.

Procare 247AIR -

I’ve always been a pop up foil fan however with the new 247AIR I feel my life has been changed.

From the Customisation of the size of foil, to the fold size. I’ve minimised the amount of waste in and out of highlighting.

Not to mention the new textured foil which allows for more grip which I’m OBSESSED WITH!
