Today, we remember Elliot, six years on from his passing.

His legacy continues to make a real difference. In his memory, we’ve now trained over 600 people in Mental Health First Aid and mental health awareness, helping to ensure more people have the knowledge and confidence to support those in need.

Elliot will always be remembered for his incredible sense of humour, his fun loving personality, and his willingness to be there for anyone who needed a helping hand.

His impact lives on through every conversation, every person trained, and every life touched.

He will never be forgotten ❤️🪽

Learn how to let go with love, prioritise yourself whilst taking care of others and move into flow rather than force so that you feel happier 🫶🏼

This will be an intimate workshop with a small number of like minded women, come and experience our safe space and meet new people. Participate or listen, no pressure at all, all events are designed around YOU!

Help us to welcome to our new Director, Ellie! 🥳

We are so grateful to have Ellie as part of the Empowered To Thrive team 💜 She has recently turned 18, finished college and is beginning an exciting new chapter. Watching her grow into the incredible young woman she is today has been such a privilege.

Ellie is kind, caring and thoughtful. She's intelligent, compassionate, hardworking and always willing to help others without expecting anything in return. She brings warmth wherever she goes and has a way of making people feel seen and valued.

It therefore came as no surprise to us when she was awarded the High Sheriff's Young Citizen of the Year 2025. It is such a well deserved recognition of the difference she makes to those around her.

We have absolutely no doubt that whatever path Ellie chooses in life, she will go far. She has so much to offer the world and we're excited to watch her continue to grow, achieve and most importantly....

PMDD has nearly robbed me of my life hundreds of times 🫠 it took 28 years to diagnose, despite a hysterectomy that without doubt saved my life, I still battle regularly with suicidal ideations & the horrific symptoms of pmdd.

1 in 3 women attempt su***de, 70% of women struggle with suicidal ideation, yet 95% of people have never heard of it.... more awareness is needed without a doubt 💯
