obpodcast #28 — Rich NxT

rich NXT invites us on a journey for our 28th edition.

One of the originals of the UK underground, with a sound built on groove, swing and bubbling basslines. Nearly two decades deep, his records and sets have helped shape the sound around FUSE and beyond.

A true pioneer when it comes to house music, and an artist who has inspired us in every aspect, from events and production, to the art of selection. It’s an honour to welcome him to the series.

Be warned, this one’s serious. Out now on our SoundCloud.

Stadseiland.STEK, Nijmegen.

A clear example of how small conversations can turn into something much bigger.

Bringing both worlds together in the Netherlands felt like the natural next move. The right people, the right setting and both sides fully bought into making it work.

Serious selectors, a crowd that stayed locked in from start to finish, and a day that felt exactly how it should.

New floors, new people, new places. That’s the direction and that’s what we do.

Big love to The Set, every DJ involved and everyone who came through.

Nijmegen, thank you. Plenty more where that came from 🖤
