RotoQ 360 •
As we all know, the centerpiece of Thanksgiving dinners in the United States/Canada is Turkey. Since we don't celebrate it here in the UK, I put my own twist to it and made a Black Pepper Chicken and Lemon Yogurt using 's Non-Electric Self Rotating Rotisserie.

The juicy chicken was perfectly roasted in my Roto-Q 360 which I paired with some veggies on the side (potatoes, carrots & broccoli).

A simple yet delectable meal which you could share with your loved ones not just on Thanksgiving but any occasion.

Ingredients:
4 pcs chicken thighs
1 tbsp black peppercorns
4 garlic cloves chopped
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
150g Greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
Chopped coriander

Itsu •
I received these "noodles worth loving" pots from Itsu, a new category which is restaurant quality, modern, nutritious and clean ~

I tried their Katsu Curry and Chicken Ramen which contained hand-crafted rice noodles & spring onion. The springy noodles are of superior quality and the robust soup bases were quite moreish. It only takes a few minutes to cook them and you may add your fave proteins, veggies or toppings on it.

These pots are made with natural miso based soups from Nagano Japan which are free from preservatives, additives & MSG. Acclaimed celebrity chef & TV presenter Monica Galetti joined Itsu to create them 🌟

A quick, hearty meal which certainly satisfied my cravings ~ also the perfect comfort food in our chilly weather nowadays.

Wazuzhi •
Formerly known as Wasabi Sushi, Wazuzhi serves Japanese staples from Tempura, Sashimi, Ramen to Teppanyaki, Donburi, Chirashi bowls and Steamed rice dishes.

We sampled the following:
》Soft Shell Crab on spicy Udon
》Salmon Roll
》Ebi Katsu with tonkatsu sauce
》Breaded Korean oysters

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food from the fresh salmon roll, perfectly cooked ebi katsu and breaded oysters plus the hearty spicy udon. The contrast in textures and balanced flavours made this meal satisfying.

I've always loved the idea of choosing your fave sushi plates from a revolving conveyor belt so I got excited when I saw that they have one.

If you still have room for dessert, check out Wazuzhi Dessert Room. We tried their Mango & Green Tea Snow ice, Croffle with salted caramel, biscoff crumble, vanilla ice cream and Norwegian brown cheese (obsessed with this one) and Milk Tea Latte.

They were so moreish, definitely worth all the calories! So impressed with the variety of their menu ~ will try the Matcha cheesecake, Thai tea snow ice, mango sago with pomelo, ice cream mochi and pineapple spring rolls on our next visit.
