Featuring another powerful kitchen gadget from Cuisinart - The PFAS free Compact Max Air Fryer. So impressed with its sleek, stylish design and how much I was able to cook in one go with its spacious tray.
๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ณ I made Tandoori Chicken paired with steamed rice plus yogurt and mango chutney then finished off with parsley. A quick and delectable meal that hits all the right spots.
โญ๏ธ Ingredients:
Chicken drum fillets

cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp Cumin powder/ground coriander
ยฝ teaspoon Curry powder
ยฝ teaspoon turmeric
ยฝ tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Marinade the chicken for 20 mins. Preheat the Air fryer to 200ยฐC, lightly spray the basket with oil then line the meat on the compact basket. Air fry at 200ยฐC for 35 minutes.
