We’ve just installed an energy-efficient Compacta Elite 4-2-8, with an 8-tray capacity:
• 4 decks
• 2 × 30” × 18” trays per deck
• 8” deck height

This oven has been specially adapted for a 2-phase electrical supply, giving Oxfords Bakery reliable performance with excellent energy efficiency.
