Honest review of Cologne.
1. Busy but not noisy. Friendly locals and tourists
2. No rowdy teenagers
3. People dress quite modestly.
4. Didnt encounter rude people.
5. Quite safe. You can use your phone in public. No pick pocketers, scammers and phone snatchers.Didnt even see police officers in the streets or public places.
6. Eating out is cheaper than in UK.

Rievkooche or deep fried shredded potato pancake, is a german dish and mostly popular in Cologne. There is a popular hole in the wall that sells this dish where the queues are always long from the moment they open at 12 noon until they close at 8pm.
