my body clock has changed so much this month and i am really starting to appreciate the beauty of a sunrise. most days I just sit with my thoughts and a cuppa and watch it - mad how the smallest change does wonders for the mind!

anyway starting this weekend off slightly soppy as i count my blessings and express gratitude for being able to live another day so here’s a cute quote to start your saturday…
