Meet Sheik Gunmi the celebrity chief negotiator between the federal government of Nigeria and bandits/tērrørïṣtṣ.

This man is an ex military officer of the Nigerian Army.
He is a Muslim.
He is a Sheik.

Gunmi has given more than a hundred thousand reasons why the tērrørïṣtṣ should not be referred to as such. He had also given countless reasons why the federal government should not use brute force on the tērrørïṣtṣ.

In one of his interviews, he mentioned that the tērrørïṣtṣ do what they do because they need money to fund their operations so the government should consider them.

Imagine such a man in the Nigerian military. Just close your eyes and imagine what happened to officers posted under him or those who worked with him as same level colleagues in the battle front against tērrørïṣm.

Won't it be appropriate to ask the federal government and the Nigerian Army to review Sheik Gunmi's file and investigate what happened to his colleagues and subordinates and which tribe, religion and region they came from?

From the way he sympathizes with tērrørïṣts, is this not clear evidence that this man might have been working with these tērrørïṣtṣ even while he was in the army and will it be difficult for such kind of person to sabotage his unit and even the entire force right from within?

I'm asking because this man is still walking free and still the chief negotiator between tērrørïṣtṣ and the Nigerian government while people who are protesting for good governance are arrested and jailed just for exercising their human rights.
