Last Thursday, our UK team swapped the studio for Supermassive MCR - a futuristic playground of interactive art, music and AI - for our summer social.

We opened the invite out to partners and children as well to come and experience the fun and meet the team.

These moments outside the day-to-day matter in helping us to feel like a CONDUCTR community.

Due to an influx in project work, we’ve recruited some freelance sup’paw’t - meet Maddie, Ludo and Dexter.

- Maddie loves swimming and meeting new people. Being a lab, she loves any food, but dog friendly peanut butter is her fave.

- Ludo loves a a sofa cuddle with as many of the family as possible. He’s also a fan of long walks on the beach followed by a chicken dinner.

- Dexter just loves going to the pub, especially the ones that have treats.

We’ve not really seen much work from them yet, but they’ve made lots of new friends.

Good news to share - we’ve placed 30th (out of 100) in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development.

Earlier this year, we were officially certified as a Great Place to Work - with 98% of our team saying they love working here, and now we’ve received the results back for how we ranked in the UK for overall development.

Some standout stats:
- 98% say they’re trusted with responsibility (UK avg: 68%)
- 97% say honest mistakes are part of learning (UK avg: 63%)
- 95% feel genuinely recognised (UK avg: 68%)

There’s three more recognitions to come, so fingers crossed we have more good news to share with you soon.

In collaboration with the Norwegian Cruise Line Innovation team, we’ve designed, invented and produced something incredible that is guaranteed to transform the industry, and sets the precedent for a new era of competitive social gaming.

Debuting on NCL’s new Prima class ship, the 𝙉𝙤𝙧𝙬𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝘼𝙦𝙪𝙖, Glow Court transforms underused top-deck space into a high-energy, multi-use arena where up to 15 guests can play.

Tried and tested to withstand marine environments and any weather conditions, Glow Court harnesses proprietary tracking technology to score everyone's points during each game and experience automatically.
