Shout out to the submitter. The cam car was driving with his 7 year old daughter home after work when Nick Curtsinger of Greensburg KY failed to not only yield to the cam car driver and the white pickup truck waiting to turn into the gas station resulting in the accident which the insurance paid out over $4,000 after the claim was settled. It seems Kentucky has major issues with not only its local police but now the State police have been named in a lawsuit steaming from a troublesome state trooper that implicates even the Kentucky State police Commissioner in an alleged cover up scheme to hide civil rights violations that has state trooper James Cameron Wright that is the common denominator in over 100 use of force incidents that were signed off by the Commissioner Colonel Phillip “PJ” Burnett, JR. All of these incidents (current and past) have caught the eye of the FBI that have led to them charging Trooper Wright and a lawsuit being filed that even names the Kentucky State Commissioner in assisting in covering up Trooper Wright’s known disregard for the basic Civil Rights for victims of this trooper’s actions. The Kentucky State Police are going to have some serious litigation issues as this involves many state troopers and the commissioner over the course of years that have many victims. Very concerning and disturbing behavior coming from the drive here, the driver made an unprotected left turn right in front of on coming traffic nearly resulting in a T-bone collision. The dashcam driver drop to the police station to make a report but the police couldn’t care less due to no accident being involved. This bus driver is going to get innocent children injured or worse. It seems the driver representing this company has no regard for not only the rules of the road but more disturbingly absolutely no regard for the safety of innocent motorists on the road either as this driver going well over the speed limit goes straight from a clearly marked turn lane only to make an illegal lane change in the middle of an intersection and cutting off multiple cars during this reckless and dangerous maneuver. When a company employee is so distracted/ under the influence of substances and can’t tell that the company vehicle they are driving at night is completely missing the front passenger side wheel and gets featured on Wham Bam Tesla Cam to its 1 million subscribers on YouTube. This driver in Arizona was either extremely distracted (unlikely) or possible under the influence of substances that the woman didn’t notice the entire front passenger side of her company vehicle had suffered severe damage and was attempting to enter the interstate possible putting many innocent motorists at risk of injury.
