Zimmerman’s Meat Market

It seems this business is now trying to play the victim card here after their feelings were hurt. A group of 1st Amendment activists were walking down the street and came to this business that has see thru windows, when the owners/workers noticed them they got confrontational along with vulgar hand gestures. This could have been a pleasant interaction but it seems the owners/workers acted on emotion rather than rational thinking and understanding. They attempted to intimidate the activists by walking upon them in a extremely confrontational manner, they owner claimed he was “afraid” to 911 in the recorded phone call but then went outside and tried to “size up” the activists and walk directly act them which prompted one activist to act in self-defense and utilize pepper spray. They owner claimed he was trying to walk towards an officer that was over a block away (must have telekinetic powers to know where an officer is over a block away) but only after he was pepper sprayed and one of the activists was trying to flag down the officer they actually seen. This owner has even went to the news to try and cry about his hurt feelings about the 1st Amendment “Freedom of Press” to try and get sympathy for his aggressive behavior while hiding behind the fact that he claims he was “scared” but still went outside to try and intimidate the activists. From the beginning this was obvious what this was about and the woman said it, she didn’t appreciate people recording her business (despite large glass windows for people to look thru).

Idaho State Police

Does the department have any statements or comments on this illegal detention ? Because simply accusing someone of an unfounded claim of being a "terrorist' for simply taking photos in a public place is a clear violation of this individuals 1st Amendment right not to mention the violation of his other rights that occurred during this "detention". Excerise caution with this employee from this company. Driving around in a company vehicle with the company name and contact information only to harass, intimidate, and try to bully an individual engaging in a 1st Amendment constitutional protected activity is apparently what this guy does and then calls police only to run away like a coward and not even stay. This is a prime example of what happens when someone is told “no” for the first time and they get their feelings hurt but the cool thing is this video is going viral for the entire internet to watch a grown man thrown a temper tantrum on video in public and in just 1 day it already has over 120,000 views. If you see this company vehicle exercise extreme caution at all cost as this clearly identifiable truck hit and innocent motorist causing the car to flip multiple times into on coming lanes of traffic and then fled the scene of the accident. Hopefully the victim sues this company into oblivion and the driver is charged with attempted murder. Utilize extreme caution around this company and its drivers and felon hit and run means nothing to their drivers. This situation can be a number of things from distracted driving (cell phone, tablet, radio…etc), to driving under the influence of something, maybe just a bad driver in general, or a failed attempt at insurance fraud. Either way this driver needs to be removed not only from the road but from the company as this driver is a liability issue for the company. The good news is that the video went viral on Dashcam Lessons YouTube channel (937,000 subscribers), RevIt Up YouTube channel (58,600 subscribers), MegaDriving School- Dashcam Hub channel (325,000 subscribers) even made the thumbnail for the whole video for all to see the reckless and dangerous driving habits of this driver and the company they drove for. Exercise extreme caution around this company and its drivers. This driver decided to try and run an innocent motorist off the road multiple times and end the end used his trailer as a ram to sideswipe the dashcam driver and then run from the scene of the accident. This driver needs to face charges of assault with a deadly weapon and this opens the trucking company to some serious litigation based on video alone. It seems this company driver either had a failed attempt at insurance fraud or the just had no regard for the safety of innocent motorists on the road during this reckless maneuver. The driver failed to give proper notice of lane change with their turn signal then made an unsafe lane change while nearly sideswiping a car that was already occupying the lane they were changing into forcing the car to diving for the emergency lane to avoid a collision. Shout out to the submitter. The cam car was driving with his 7 year old daughter home after work when Nick Curtsinger of Greensburg KY failed to not only yield to the cam car driver and the white pickup truck waiting to turn into the gas station resulting in the accident which the insurance paid out over $4,000 after the claim was settled.
