happy saturday 🪴💚 long time no see plant fam 😩

i’ve been without my phone for months so ive been using an old phone that was terrible for creating content 😭

i missed you all so much!!! 💚 IM BACK, finally got my phone fixed so i will be back to posting and sharing my plants with you all again 🙏🌿

Philodendron Billietae 🌿

Just a little update… my philodendron is loving her new life after the repot thanks to .horticulture 💚

Here’s some little tips on repotting!

🌱 Make sure to get your soil mix right! I used Westland’s potting mix which had added seramis/perlite as well as their Hydroleca to ensure the soil has better drainage, an oxygen boost and better water retention.

🌱 Only go up 1-2 pot sizes at a time. Too big of a jump is not good for your plant, as there will be too much moisture in the soil which could lead to root rot.

🌱 Always water in your new plants after repotting! (And allow to drain).

🌱 Lastly… have fun! Growing plants is the best feeling!

I’ve actually just done a little reorganising of the plants… I’m one of those people that keep moving the plants around until I get the look perfect! anyone else? 🤔

it’s like a constant art project rn 😂🪴
