‘Kitsune Beach’ was a project I worked on pre-lockdown and I got as far as rehearsals for some proposed gigs with a couple of great musicians but sadly covid put the kibosh on it and like a lot of things it took the wind out of my sails so decided to write new solo material instead. It was great fun and very different to what I usually do. I am proud of the songs so I figured i’d put it out there so it’s not completely wasted. There’s still enough material left over for another potential album so, who knows. Thanks to the musicians who helped me along the way and those who believed in it at the time. Most songs are complete and a couple are patched up and remixed demos using the guide vocal. This is cool! but what's REALLY funny is the thousands and thousands of dullard comments 'oooh but they had about 50k worth of lenses and rig'....of course they did. It's an iphone? And they never once said it was shot solely with an iphone. Now I appreciate most that are moaning are failed film makers but still...how stupid can these people be. It is irritating but its also very annoying. Looking forward to this movie!
