This week's challenges have been causing me stress dreams!

I have enrolled on an evening course in Data Analysis to update my knowledge on the latest industry tools and methods, and it has NOT been going well...

😅 After day 1, I felt like I may have made a big mistake. The acronyms and terminology being used baffled me...

😓 💭 By day 3 I felt out of my depth, worrying I wouldn't be able to keep up. I was over thinking it and it was manifesting as the strangest dreams!

🌳Today I took a step away from the computer to gain a bit of perspective. I spent some much needed time in nature and had a good catch up with friends.

I'm happy to share that on day 4, I am absolutely smashing it!!!🏆

After facing many of life's challenges, I've learned that taking a step back to assess the issue helps me to figure out the next steps. Before tonight's session I reviewed the learning from the past week, and related it back to my existing knowledge in a way that made more sense to me. And now it all seems SO clear! I was able to follow along in the session and even contribute to the discussions.

I feel so relieved! 🥰

What helps you when you're facing new challenges?

Image: I'm sat on the edge of the 'Cliff Of Death' (Vietnam). It's very high up and you have to scramble up some very unstable rocks to get to top. I bum-shuffled to the edge because it's really scary... The view from there is worth it! And yes, I did look down! 🫣
