No grand reflections on 2025 over here. I’m just glad I got through a year where I struggled so much, including job loss. I also experienced some of the happiest days alongside some really sad ones.

2025 truly pushed me out of my comfort zone… and I’m so glad it did.

Here’s to making 2026 whatever we want it to be. No pressure, just showing up, getting through, and making the most of every little ounce of joy we can find 🥰💕✨🏡

To those that always think the worst 👉😅👈 this is for you.

Your weekend reminder 🧡

When life feels heavy, overwhelming and stressful, just remember there’s always something good on its way to you.

When we’re in the thick of it, it can be hard to know which way to turn, but I promise good things are on their way. Hold on a little while longer and you’ll see.

Building my mental health through tiny daily habits.

It sounds silly, but doing small things — like making my bed, opening the blinds, washing one dish — has genuinely helped me feel less overwhelmed.

I call them micro-lifts: tiny actions that give my brain a little momentum, hope, and progress.

If you’re struggling with routines or motivation, start small. It counts more than you think.

Save this if you’re working on your habits or mental health too 🧠✨

My safe space in adulthood = sitting next to my mum, crafting 🎨

For years, we’ve been planning to have regular crafting dates (we have so many projects in mind!), but with life and work taking over, it just never happened. And I don’t like to admit it, but my work has taken over far too much in the past — and I simply won’t allow that to happen again.

Now that I have a bit more time, I’m prioritising the things I didn’t before, and that means lots more crafts with my mum! Christmas crafts are in focus at the minute (my absolute favourite kind of crafting🥰🩷🎄💌✨).

I’ve loved crafting since I was a very little girl. It’s always helped me calm my anxiety, centre my thoughts, and be fully present. It’s by far one of my favourite tools for quietening my mind and supporting my mental health.

So this is your sign to prioritise some crafting with a loved one — give it a go 🩷✨
