Buhari was an angel in human flesh - Bisi Akande

The pioneer national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bisi Akande, says late former President Muhammadu Buhari was an ‘’angel in human form' and one who was a patriotic leader whose legacy will live on forever.



Speaking on Wednesday during a condolence visit to Buhari’s family in Kaduna, Akande said the late Buhari showed no signs of ill health during their last meeting.



“I first heard that he died when I was abroad. Before then, I met him in Daura after our feast; he was looking robust, healthy, and very strong. In a joke, I said I was going back to my village. He said he was enjoying his village in Daura. When he moved to Kaduna, I planned to visit him here, and then I heard he had travelled.

When I returned, I felt the first thing I should do was come and meet the family, commiserate with them and pray with them. That is what I have come here to do today,” he said.



Akande said Buhari was a rare leader who served Nigeria with distinction, adding that he was patriotic and “maybe he was an angel in human flesh”.

“He was a great Nigerian… maybe he was an angel coming in human flesh. He has done his bid, and he had passed. His spirit will continue to live forever because of the good works he did,” he said.

OnlyFans tennis star who demands $1,000 deposit fee from men just to date her claps back at haters

American tennis player and OnlyFans star, Sachia Vickery, has clapped back at haters on her Instagram.





The 30-year-old, currently ranked No. 559 in the world, has faced backlash from fans after revealing she had joined adult content site OnlyFans earlier this year.

For $12.99 a month, subscribers have access to 'the content too spicy for Instagram,' according to Vickery's OnlyFans bio. She also charges men $1,000 to date her.



Vickery has since faced strong criticism from tennis fans, who have continued to drag her over the decision, but now the American has hit back.



Taking to her Instagram story on Wednesday, Vickery shared a video of herself in a bikini with the caption: 'Imagine hating me and I'm in my room like this everyday'.

The American, ranked No. 559, played her first match since February on Tuesday when she beat Anastasiya Soboleva in the first round of US Open qualifying.





Her OnlyFans platform teases her 'longest shower vid yet,' strip teases and 'spicier' pictures, while also asking her fans to rate her 'riding skills' as she shares risque videos and saucy snaps.

Vickery has banked just over $2million throughout her 14-year career on the court. Outside of the sport, she demands a $1,000 deposit fee just to date her.



'I no longer date for free due to the behavior of men I now require a pre-date deposit send me 1,000 and we can make it happen my cashapp is $Sachiavick,' she told her 39,4000 followers during an Instagram Q&A session earlier this week.





Vickery, whose father Rawle is a former soccer player and brother Dominque Mitchell played football at South Carolina State, turned professional in 2011 after training with USTA and Mouratoglou Academy in France.

But her career peaked back in 2018, when she managed a career-high ranking of World No 73.



Now, the Florida native has slumped to No 559, without a single victory to her name.



She failed to qualify for the Australian Open in January, stumbling in the third round of qualifying, and skipped Roland Garros and Wimbledon all together.

Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, the governor of Anambra State has said that any politician who promises to spend one term in office is either deliberately being deceitful or has mental issues.



According to him, such politicians are playing on people’s intelligence like they are fools.

In an interview with Arise TV last night August 20, Governor Soludo said when he had initially mentioned that politicians promising to serve only one term in office need mental evaluation, he was referring to politicians in his home state who are promising to unseat him and then serve just one term in office if elected as governor. He said it was the time of the North central side of the state to remain in office for now but some politicians from other zones were pushing for them to be elected and promising to come into office and serve only one term.

He argued that such politicians were only being deceitful or have mental issues as they know they will never be able to scratch the surface of their manifestos if they occupy their seat for just one term.
