"An over-trained athIete is as sorry an object as an under-trained contestant, because he does not understand his own condition. He feeIs fresh and vigorous, but therein, he is tragicaIIy fooIed because he Iacks the co-ordination of nerve and muscIe and brain, and unfortunateIy never reaIizes that something is wrong with him untiI he tries to achieve that which he most desires. l speak from experience."

🕊️✨🕊️ Muhammad Ali

Forever a hero to millions 👑💪🏾

His greatness inside the ring made him a legend 🥊
His courage outside of it made him immortal ❤️

Ali didn’t just fight opponents — he fought for equality, stood by his beliefs, and used his platform to challenge injustice when it mattered most 🖤

Evander Holyfield slams world champ Riddick Bowe with a hard right hand in their 1993 rematch in Las Vegas, the famous "Fan Man" fight. "Real Deal" bucked the odds and avenged his 1992 defeat to "Big Daddy" via twelve round majority decision.

🌴 The Thrilla in Manila ✨🥊

Muhammad Ali deep in camp preparing for the trilogy fight with Joe Frazier 😮‍💨

By 1975, the rivalry had become bigger than boxing itself. Training camp in the Philippines was brutal — heat, humidity, endless roadwork, and the pressure of settling one of the greatest rivalries in sports history 💥

Ali later called it “the closest thing to dying that I know of.”

One of boxing’s most iconic camps leading into one of its greatest fights 👑

"I never try [to take a punch] but my chin is just down to genetics so thanks to my parents and God. I don't feel my opponent's power, I feel something happening when I get hit but I don't feel power. It's like a game for me. I might leave myself open and say 'come on, come on.' But that's not because I'm crazy and I want to get punched in the face.

Outside the ring I am happy but when I get in I am Triple G, I become a different guy. I don't know how I switch but I understand my job, I understand the situation and I understand my business."
