‼️ HIRING A PART-TIME SMM / CONTENT CREATOR ‼️
The Social Suite is growing, and we're looking for a creative, driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team.
You'll work across our client accounts, bringing their content strategies to life through high-quality Reels, carousels, graphics and social-first content.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
➡️Creating content from client strategies, briefs and content plans
➡️Editing short-form video, including talking-head, B-roll and educational Reels
➡️Designing carousels, graphics and Reel covers in Canva
➡️Repurposing raw and existing client content into engaging social content
➡️Ensuring content reflects each client's individual brand, voice and style
➡️Preparing, organising and scheduling approved content
➡️Completing quality checks before content is submitted or scheduled
➡️Managing deadlines across assigned client accounts
➡️Bringing new trends, creative ideas and opportunities to the team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
🩵Previous professional social media content creation experience
🩵Strong short-form video/Reel editing skills
🩵Confident using **CapCut and Canva**
🩵Strong graphic design and visual content skills
🩵Good understanding of Instagram, including Reels, carousels and Stories
🩵Basic understanding of hooks, captions and CTAs
🩵Excellent attention to detail
🩵Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple deadlines
🩵Able to follow briefs and processes while also using your own initiative
🩵Comfortable receiving feedback and working as part of a team

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
➡️fixed fee per client, per month
➡️Freelance contractor position
➡️Part-time to begin with, with workload based on the number of client accounts assigned
➡️Opportunity to take on additional clients and increase monthly compensation as The Social Suite grows

The clients I work with are not struggling to make money 💸

It becomes a system, lot of editing, endless strategy, constant management, scheduling and pressure of needing to turn every idea into something valuable and consistent.

This clients did not come to me because they needed more ideas, they came to me because they were tired of being the bottleneck in a business that was already successful because they wanted to continue scale even further 📈

The editing, the posting, the strategy, the scheduling and the management all became my responsibility so they could focus on the parts of the business that actually need them.
