The Red Bull has quietly become one of Stockport’s most community-focused pubs, regularly bringing together local businesses, creatives, and residents through thoughtful events that feel rooted in Hillgate.
A Few Thursdays of Dinner, Cheese & Dessert is one such collaboration. Created alongside Stockport Provisions, the series celebrates some of life’s simplest pleasures - comforting seasonal dishes, carefully selected cheeses, and something sweet to finish, all served in the warm and welcoming surroundings of the Red Bull.
The event perfectly reflects what both businesses do best - creating experiences that feel relaxed, social, and centred around good food. Following its success, the collaboration is continuing into June as A Few More Thursdays of Dinner, Cheese & Dessert, giving even more people the chance to pull up a chair and be part of it.
