📣 We’re proud to announce an award win! The Chase Films, in collaboration with .productions have won Silver for the People’s Choice for an ad we made for our amazing client

The comedy commercial ‘Double Take’ is directed by .mister director Sami Abusamra. It tells the tale of Jen; a relatable professional who just wants to get on with her working day at the office.

Much to Jen’s annoyance, the network keeps playing up, freezing, crashing and simply causing her grief. That is until Jen’s cool as a cucumber colleague 🤓 solves the problem with Nebula; a remote network solutions service that makes every IT person look like a hero.

The spot uses music as metaphor to express the pain point of a problematic network. Discordant notes represent every freeze, glitch and crash. But the composed jazz piece by turns into a harmonised tune once our IT hero fixes the issue with Nebula. Sparking the slogan to ‘Tune up your Network’ with Nebula.

The second episode of zyxelnetworks’ first ever film advertising campaign about cyber security.

The hacker characterised in this spot demonstrates the threat to an unsecured network in one office, vs. the benefits of having Zyxel Networks security setup in place in the other.

We had a lot of fun developing, scripting and creating these two stylised spots. The Chase Films also provided consultation on campaign strategy as well as development of the brand’s new logo, stung and slogan.

This debut online advertising campaign for Zyxel Networks presented us with the challenge to create two stylised spots that position the IT Guy as the hero.

With a purpose built set, we created two opposing offices using a Wes Anderson-esque, cross-section shooting style to simply explain the ease and efficiency of Zyxel Networks Nebula tool & security software solutions… and the potential chaos that can ensue without it
