Etretat and its majestic cliffs provide us with a lot of beauty throughout the whole day and all weather conditions. We had all, sunshine, rain, thunderstorms (always, everywhere we go🤦‍♂️🤪) and winds👌💁‍♂️

Rydal Hall, historic estate located in the Lake District, near the village of Rydal between towns of Ambleside and Grasmere.The estate is known for its stunning setting, impressive manor house, and beautiful gardens.

It also has a picturesque waterfall known as "The Grot," which was a favorite of the poet William Wordsworth, who lived nearby at Rydal Mount.

The hall has a rich history dating back to the 16th century and has been associated with the Le Fleming family for many centuries.
The hall and its grounds are open to the public, and visitors can explore the gardens, walking trails, and historical features.
It is an interesting destination for both history enthusiasts and nature lovers due to its blend of heritage and natural beauty.

Rydal Hall, zabytkowa posiadłość położona w Lake District, w pobliżu wioski Rydal, między miastami Ambleside i Grasmere. Posiadłość słynie z zachwycającego otoczenia, imponującego dworu i pięknych ogrodów.

Znajduje się tam również malowniczy wodospad znany jako „The Grot”, który był ulubionym miejscem poety Williama Wordswortha, który mieszkał w pobliżu w Rydal Mount.

Hall ma bogatą historię sięgającą XVI wieku i od wielu stuleci jest związany z rodziną Le Fleming.

First time in Little Langdale.
Did this route as an additional afternoon stroll after other hike.
Parked in Chapel Stile close to the Wainwright's Inn pub, went via Elterwater Slate Quarry, Slaters Bridge and into Cathedral Cave. OMG right? So many attractions in one walk that is around 9km and only has 470m elevation overall.
On the way back where I've started there is fantastic spot for a cold bath in Great Langdale Beck.
It was so blissfull I did now want to get out of water😍
Then hunger came calling so here was the excuse to get out😉
Food in Wainwriths Inn was fantastic and eating it outside in surrounding beautiful scenery proved to be an icing on the cake and lovely ending to this relaxing beautiful walk😍

Pierwszy raz w Little Langdale.
Trasę tą zrobiłem jako dodatkowy popołudniowy spacer po innej, trudniejszej wędrówce.
Zaparkowałem w Chapel Stile obok pubu Wainwright's Inn, przeszedłem przez Elterwater Slate Quarry, Slaters Bridge, do Cathedral Cave.
Wow, prawda? Tyle atrakcji na jednym spacerze, który ma około 9 km i tylko 470 m przewyższenia.
W drodze powrotnej, w miejscu, z którego zacząłem, jest fantastyczne miejsce na morsowanie w Great Langdale Beck.
Było tak cudownie, że nie chciałem wyjść z wody😍
A potem głód dał o sobie znać, więc oto wymówka, żeby wyjść😉
Jedzenie w Wainwriths Inn było fantastyczne, a spożywanie go na zewnątrz w otoczeniu pięknej scenerii okazało się wisienką na torcie i cudownym zakończeniem tego relaksującego, pięknego spaceru😍

Higger Tor. Fantastic walk around an hour drive from Manchester. You need to check it yourself!

It can be connected into Burbage Edge and Paddle Gorge and made into lovely circular!
