This looks gd!

Let’s welcome the brilliant Glimmerpit to the lineup! 🖤

If you haven’t crossed paths with them yet, this Manchester and Todmorden trio are absolute powerhouses in the local underground.

They are known for their heavy blend of post-punk, Krautrock, and biting, satirical humour. They are the perfect fit for this weekend's energy.

They will be stepping up to the microphone to front The Fallen Women, teaming up to shout and growl their way through a classic track from The Fall’s iconic catalogue.

🎤💥Glimmerpit joins an exceptional Saturday bill that celebrates the massive impact of women in the band's history and alternative music. Over the two days of the weekender, the lineup features live music, poetry, film, an in-conversation session, and DJ sets with guests including: Poppycock • Una Baines • Miki Berenyi • Erin of Loose Articles/Randal Vandall• LIINES • Marcia Schofield • Julia Adamson • The Red Stains • Phoebe Green • Carrie Lawson • Glimmerpit • Kate Themen • Nico Harmony • poets Steph Pike and Tamra Smith and more

Do not miss out on what is going to be a completely brilliant and beautiful weekend. Ticket link in bio.

His Sébastien Faits-Divers youbtube is excellent, the film about A Certain Ratio is brilliant. I hadn't realised how good their last album was.
Some great music videos by lesser known bands, v contemporary and listenable.
