Once a niche, LA-based fitness trend, reformer pilates looks set to become mainstream in 2023. There are at least three studios dedicated to it in Manchester city centre alone now – including this one, Runway Pilates Manchester, which opened in the Northern Quarter in 2022.

New long-distance walking route for Manchester. 🥾 🎒

It’ll be 300km long, it’ll circle the entire city region (and swoop into the city centre). And it’ll all be accessible by public transport. 🚃 🛤

Also they’re going to make a ‘trail passport’ so you can check off each section of the route as you complete it.
