A little throwback to my visit to ✨

Opened earlier this year, this spot in the heart of Manchester (right on Chapel Street) is the perfect blend of great food and great vibes. If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese flavours, their pho and summer rolls are a must (honestly, I could eat the summer rolls non-stop 😅).

Everything is freshly made, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The highlight for me? The spring rolls (absolute perfection) and the beef & garlic pho: rich, comforting and packed with flavour.

What makes it even better is that it’s not just about the food. With private karaoke rooms, it’s the ideal place to start with dinner and keep the party going. The team is so friendly, a great drinks selection and the karaoke made it such a fun evening (especially and 🎤🎶💃🏻).

So if you’re looking for a fun evening, this is the place 👀

Still thinking about our visit to .garibaldi in Bucharest ✨

The decor is absolutely stunning (I’d recommend booking on the terrace, that’s where the lemons ceiling is🍋).

Service was impeccable from start to finish. The beef carpaccio was insane: so fresh, so flavorful, and such a generous portion. My beef pasta was packed with slow-cooked, melt-in-your-mouth beef and tasted next level.

Already can’t wait to return. Definitely add this to your Bucharest list ✈️🍝🇮🇹

(They also cater for Gluten Intolerances ✌🏻)
