The 10 min meal prep that re-anchored the whole week 🤍

A little behind the scenes from our weekly Flowness call ✨

I’m not a big meal prepper. But last week I did THIS and the knock on effect was unreal 👇

🌿 4 lunches. Not 3 meals a day just 4 lunches.
🌿 Two air fryer slots: sweet potato and veggies, chicken.
🌿 Less than 10 mins hands on.
🌿 Every other food choice got easier because lunch was already done.

Cheesy BBQ Chicken Rice Tray Bake ✨ 459 calories, 35g and so easy!

Serves: 4

Per serving:

459 Calories, 35g protein, 59g Carbs, 9g fat

- 400g chicken breast, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 200g basmati rice
- 500ml chicken stock
- 2 tbsp bbq seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic granules
- 300ml tomato passata
- 100g bbq sauce
- 80g mozzarella, grated

Steps:

- Season your chicken breast and bbq seasoning together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then set aside
- Add your red onion, pepper, stock, chicken, bbq sauce, rice, garlic granules and passata to a large ovenproof dish, season with salt and pepper, mix well and ensure everything is fully submerged.
- Wrap with foil or baking paper (be careful with the baking paper) bake at 180c fan for 35 to 40 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked through.
- Give it a little quick mix half way through, then when cooked sprinkle over the cheese and bake for a further 10 mins uncovered until the cheese melts.

We are honestly lost for words after this one… 🥹

Our incredible coach Olivia just ran her first ultra marathon, 100km across Botswana… through sand, deep water and some of the most remote, wild terrain alongside crocodiles and hippos!

This hasn’t even been done before in this part, making it even more special.

Hearing about her running through local communities, with kids joining in barefoot, cheering and smiling… it’s just beyond inspiring ✨ The resilience and courage this takes is unreal.

Olivia, we are sooo proud of you. This is more than a race; it’s a reminder of what’s possible when you push beyond your limits and fully embrace the experience 🤍
