“I’ve got this thing with music—it’s like a pulse running through everything I do. Same with coffee,” he shares. “It’s weirdly intimate, crafting something that connects people. I work in specialty coffee, where every shot has to be just right, and I love that every cup has meaning.”

It’s this attention to detail and connection that has him turning heads—whether he’s walking the runway at LFW or sparking collaborations in creative spaces.

Face at , runner-up Top Model ’24, and now part of RISE, Dillon’s rewriting what it means to be a new-gen model. There’s much more to him than his sharp runway game—he’s also an author.

His debut children’s book, A Cruel Bubbagrump Christmas, mirrors his own playful and imaginative spirit, full of unexpected twists and joy.

Dillon’s the guy making people laugh with lighthearted pranks on the elderly residents he works with—his “second family”—or finding simple joy playing badminton with his mum. Beneath it all, he’s got a heart of gold and a passion for connection.

Meet Aricia, creative spirit, wanderer and the latest addition to RISE.

At just 20, Aricia is already crafting a life full of creativity and exploration. Currently studying International Business Management at LJMU, she moved from Thailand to the UK at 16—a decision she describes as “life-changing and transformative.” “It pushed me out of my comfort zone and into experiences I wouldn’t trade for anything,” she shares.

Aricia finds expression through fashion, art, and photography, often inspired by her travels. “After a recent trip to Italy, I started writing songs and poems. There’s so much beauty in life, and I love capturing it through words,” she says.

Travel is her ultimate passion—Aricia tries to explore a new destination almost every month. “It’s not just about the adventure but the people, perspectives, and endless inspiration it brings.”

She was scouted at a Liverpool fashion show, turning her love for the camera into a dream opportunity. “It felt surreal—like all the little dreams I’d had growing up just clicked into place.”

She stays grounded with tennis, Pilates, and horseback riding in the summer. And for those moments of calm? “Spa days are my go-to for balancing the chaos and finding peace,” she adds with a smile.

Suzanne brings a unique blend of elegance, experience, and authenticity to RISE. With a portfolio spanning lifestyle, e-commerce, skincare, and fashion accessories, she’s mastered the art of versatility. And when she’s not modelling, she lends her talents as a TV and film background artist.

“I started modelling in my early 20s, took a break to focus on raising my two kids, and got back into it at 35. Now, at 41, I’m owning it—it feels like I’m stepping into my stride,” she says.

Off-duty, Suzanne’s at home in the pool or rediscovering her love for horse riding whenever life with two kids gives her a breather.

With her grounded energy and years of experience, Suzanne represents everything RISE stands for—celebrating life’s evolving chapters with style and substance.

Meet Alysse, the newest face of RISE

A girl mama on a mission, Alysse is all about setting an example for body positivity and celebrating every shape and size. “It’s so important to me that my daughter grows up seeing beauty in diversity, not just one narrow ideal,” she says.

This passion led her to join fellow models protesting outside London Fashion Week, to highlight the lack of representation for plus-size women. “Out of 2,625 models on the runway, only 86 were considered plus size—it just doesn’t reflect the reality of women in the UK,” she explains. The campaign struck a chord, gaining coverage in magazines worldwide and pushing for a more inclusive industry.

Weekends for Alysse are all about family and fun—dragging her husband and daughter to TikTok-inspired lunch spots, “because I can never resist a good recommendation,” she laughs.

Alysse’s warmth, energy, and passion for change make her an exciting addition to the RISE family.
