Looking back on an incredible night of music, captured at last month’s Gondwana Records Presents at Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre.

We’re excited to share that two more Gondwana Records Presents events are on the horizon in Belgium and Germany. First up, this Friday we bring our regular label night to Flagey, Brussels, with performances from Jasmine Myra, Ancient Infinity Orchestra and Vega Trails. Then, in 2026, we return to Hamburg to celebrate the fifth anniversary of Gondwana Presents at the Elbphilharmonie, featuring Chip Wickham, Ambre Ciel and Ancient Infinity Orchestra.

Both events promise unforgettable moments and another opportunity to experience multiple Gondwana Records artists on one bill.

On Friday, Jasmine Myra and Ancient Infinity Orchestra reunite for a special double bill at Flagey in Brussels, one of Belgium’s most iconic cultural venues, for Gondwana Records Presents.

Both hailing from Leeds, saxophonist and composer Jasmine Myra will share her warm, hopeful sounds, including new material, while Ancient Infinity Orchestra bring uplifting music from their new album 'It’s Always About Love'.

Moments captured from a stunning evening of music with Jasmine Myra and Ancient Infinity Orchestra for EFG London Jazz Festival. Thank you to everyone who joined us on the night at Hackney Church.

Jasmine held the room in admiration, gifting us a first listen to new songs, and performing her latest album ‘Rising’ live with strings for the very first time in the UK. Ancient Infinity Orchestra radiated joy with their expansive lineup and rich array of instruments, performing pieces from their new album ‘It’s Always About Love’.

We’re very much looking forward to Jasmine Myra’s performance at Hackney Church tomorrow, as part of EFG London Jazz Festival. She’ll be performing unreleased music for the first time, live in full, with strings. Support will be from the joyous Ancient Infinity Orchestra, playing songs from their new album, ‘It’s Always About Love.’ It’s sure to be an uplifting night, with two Gondwana Records label mates proud to be a part of the renowned EFG London Jazz Festival.

We are pleased to announce that Matthew Halsall’s ‘Bright Sparkling Light’ EP will finally be available to stream in full on all major platforms from December 5th.

Previously available exclusively on vinyl, the three luminous compositions were recorded alongside Matthew’s latest album ‘An Ever Changing View’, and share its signature fusion of jazz, electronica, and global spiritual influences.

You can stream the title track, ‘Bright Sparkling Light’, today, a mesmerising piece built around a lush kalimba loop and featuring Matthew’s sublime trumpet work.

It’s great to see saxophonist, composer, and bandleader Jasmine Myra returning for another year at EFG London Jazz Festival, and this one promises to be her most special yet.

She’ll be performing with strings for the first time in the UK, at the breathtaking Hackney Church. You’ll have the chance to hear music from her album ‘Rising’, alongside brand new material for the very first time.

Making the night even more special, Jasmine will be joined by the spiritual jazz collective Ancient Infinity Orchestra performing music from their latest album ‘It’s Always About Love’. These Gondwana Records label mates both hail from the Leeds music scene, a reunion that’s sure to make for an unforgettable evening of elevating spiritual and contemporary jazz sounds.
