For our latest 'Meet Our Team' spotlight, we introduce our newest recruit Bethany Cope.

Joining Uni4m this summer, Beth combines her extensive background in data analysis and reporting, with a strong passion for content creation.

Since joining the team, Beth has already overseen the development of key reporting and strategy documents as well as creating several fresh concepts which have delivered outstanding results for our clients.

Beth expressed her appreciation for the opportunity to develop and further explore her skills in graphic design. She added that she has ‘loved working alongside some fantastic colleagues at Uni4m’, and cherishes the opportunity to learn and share ideas with an experienced team of content professionals.

For our next 'Meet Our Team', we introduce Lidija Crnicki.

Lidija has worked alongside Uni4m as a trusted freelancer since 2024, with her expertise in Water Polo being a great asset to the team. Having successfully played Water Polo for the Croatian national team for several years, Lidija is passionate about what she does.

Despite being a Water Polo aficionado, Lidija noted that it has been amazing to broaden her knowledge 'beyond Water Polo and dive into other sports' whilst working alongside Uni4m, as well as having the ability to connect with new faces in the sports community, too.

In our next 'Meet Our Team' showcase, we reintroduce Peter Henderson 🙌

Peter has been with the company for two years as our video editor, having studied Film and TV Production at University and graduating in 2014.

With an extensive sports background, including experience with MUFC TV and Bellator MMA, we are delighted to have Peter in our team.

We asked Peter for his top moment at Uni4m so far, which he confirmed as 'making the trailer for the Hit The Mark Paris 2024 Olympic campaign for ISSF'.

We realise it's been a while since we've talked about our special UNI4M team, so please allow us to re-introduce ourselves!

With old faces (not an age joke) and some new members having joined the team, let's kick things off with Creative Director, Andreas Georgiou.

Andreas started the company in 2019, with his passion for sports and media bringing Uni4m to life. From our early start creating content in the world of mixed martial arts, to eventually taking those valuable experiences to work with Olympic shooting, swimming and more, Andreas is proud to celebrate the company's sixth year of business 🙌

We asked Andreas about his favourite moment so far, to which he replied:

"Oh there are so many amazing moments me and the team have enjoyed. We've shared a lot of late nights and early mornings, all for the love of sport. Personally, I'm proud of every moment we've had, the successes, and the struggles, but if I had to pick one, it would be getting to work at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. I'll be honest, if you asked me six years ago if I thought that would be a possibility, I would have laughed at you. But hard work pays off, and the entire team, we earned that moment to shine, delivering the biggest digital numbers for Olympic shooting ever."

Already this year, we’ve supported European Aquatics in driving record numbers for their Junior Championships (more on that soon 👀).
