Tried this Viral Japanese cheesecake recipe and it turned out nice 😋
Ingredients: Greek yougurt & biscoff biscuits, that’s all you need
Once you’re done stacking the biscuits inside keep it in the fridge for 5-6 hours at least!

Marinade:
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1tsp mixed herbs (optional)
1 tbsp paprika powder
Salt to taste

Method:
Pat dry the salmon first. Mix everything and marinate the salmon, leave it for few mins if you have time.
Airfry at 200°C for 10 minutes until juicy and perfectly cooked.
Serve it with side of your choice & enjoy!
