✨ FLR(M) – Further Leave to Remain Granted (10-Year Route)!
✅We’re so pleased to share another positive outcome for our client, who has faced a long and difficult immigration journey.
She arrived in the UK on a visitor visa and ended up overstaying. She had previously claimed asylum but later withdrew it. On top of that, she didn’t meet the usual requirements under the immigration rules for family members.

She was also going through a divorce while in a same-sex relationship, and returning to her home country wasn’t an option, as same-sex relationships are not accepted there.
Despite these challenges, we stood by her and made a strong case to show that removing her would break apart her family life in the UK.
✅ The Home Office accepted that her relationship is genuine and ongoing, and granted her Further Leave to Remain under the 10-year route.

Our client’s immigration journey was one of the most challenging cases we’ve handled.

• Entered the UK unlawfully and re-entered via clandestine means.
• Breached bail conditions and failed to report.
