Breaking news: Willow Tree Therapies is branching out—literally—with the launch of their brand-new Fascia Release Treatments. Perfect for those who prefer a gentler, more precise manual therapy that focuses on improving tissue mobility and banishing discomfort, this is nothing like the deep, bone-rattling pressure of traditional massage. And here’s the juicy scoop—I had the pleasure (and oh, it was a pleasure) of trying it myself as part of one of Laura’s recent packages, and let me tell you, it was like melting into a cloud made of pure relaxation.
There are four fabulous options to choose from:
First up, the Flash Express—a 30-minute targeted session for those who can’t sit still but still want a taste of the magic. Then there’s the 60-minute session, perfect for letting your body exhale and sink into the bliss without feeling like you’re in a race against time. Next is the mighty 90-minute treatment with added deep tissue work, designed to hunt down and defeat those pesky knots hiding deep in your tissue network. And finally, the pièce de résistance: a 90-minute session paired with targeted yoga therapy. Imagine stretching, bending, and basically training to be Superwoman—yes, you heard right—yoga included in a treatment for the very first time here.
In short, it’s the kind of self-care that makes your muscles sigh with gratitude and might even convince you to book your next session before you’ve left the building.

Fascia release massage (often called myofascial release) is a hands-on technique that aims to reduce tension and improve movement by working with the body’s fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, nerves, and organs.
What you can expect from a hands on session-
✨Gentle to moderate sustained pressure rather than deep kneading.
✨ I may hold pressure on a specific area for 30–120 seconds.
**When to avoid it
Check with a healthcare professional before trying myofascial release if you have:
A recent fracture or major injury.
An active infection or open wound.
Deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
Severe osteoporosis.
Certain bleeding disorders or if you’re taking blood-thinning medication**
I’ve been qualified in fascia release therapy for a long time but I’ve been growing my skills and confidence in it until I wanted to officially provide stand alone treatments.
