Following the protests last night in Birmingham, where Tel Aviv fans were banned from the game against Aston Villa, due to concerns for public safety. Many outlets focused contextless division between fans, protesters, & claims of antisemitism.

Last April i went down to the Etihad, where "city united for gaza". A group of Manchester City & United fans calling for the "Red Card Israel" movement, which aims to kick israeli out of fifa, were demonstrating.

I interviewed fans & protesters with the key question being "Is football political?".
