🌊 Smoky water and collapsing seaforts. Combining storm surges with neutral density filters and experimenting to create something a little different! I shot these long-exposure photos of the abandoned Karosta sea forts in Latvia.

I love how they turned out (even better that I, somehow, managed to not drop my camera into the sea!)

🪞Reflections of the past. While exploring Lithuania I found this old Soviet-era bus graveyard, a vibrant wonderland of peeling paint and bright colours. Most are 1960s/80s PAZ-672 buses.

The site dates to the 1930s, originally serving as a military barracks. During the Second World War, the military stationed replacement units here. Medical staff also used the space to care for wounded personnel.

Following the war, the complex transitioned into a police training school. The site was remodelled and modernised in 2010, and several blocks were relegated to redundancy.

🌿 An abandoned and overgrown greenhouse in Italy, reclaimed by fan palms. This appears to have once been an aviary for exotic birds, as there are large bird coops inside!

📷 Photographer snapped in the wild! Down low, getting the shot of some abandoned cars in Portugal last year. Although I am shooting digital here, my trusty 35mm film camera is hanging by my side. I frequently shoot like this, dual wielding and switching between pixels and analogue as I move around a location.
