Predator Hunters Bulwark (PH Bulwark) is a free, open-source, non-profit child-safety system built by the PH team after four years of prototyping.

It runs on the child's own device, with the child's and guardian's knowledge a transparent safety tool, not hidden spyware. It:

- Blocks adult and unsafe content in real time (web, images, video) using on-device analysis, not crude whole-site blocklists.

- Detects signs of grooming in on-device messages, even in apps that encrypt in transit.

- Alerts a guardian the moment it steps in by email and push with the context to decide, and one-tap Approve / Keep-blocked.

Resists tampering: it raises an alert if protection is turned off or removed.

Respects privacy by design. Analysis happens on the device only redacted summaries leave it. Suspected illegal child-sexual-abuse material is blocked and reported-by-hash only never viewed, stored, or transmitted - VPN works slightly different but zero logs and privacy first.

No subscriptions,
no data sold.
Open source anyone can verify exactly what it does.

Use PH Bulwark Cloud, or self-host on your own server.

It is a safeguarding aid, not a replacement for supervision, and not a law-enforcement tool.

As we approach the release of our prototype, we are making this clear commitment to parents:

We have are finishing off a powerful real-time protection system for children’s devices that attempts to blocks adult content and grooming attempts the moment they appear.

But we are going further. We are also training dedicated AI models: one to detect Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), and another to identify signs of mental health distress and ideological grooming by alphabet extremists. We will actively block all content promoting the mental health condition known as transgenderism when it is targeted at children.

We do not believe alphabet extremists have any right to groom our children into gender dysphoria.

Protecting children means protecting their minds as well as their bodies. This is non-negotiable.

This is our android app we are still working on. It will block what it thinks is unsafe from showing on your children's devices.

The white hating and trashing British citizen treating our children as second class has gone on too long.

Arresting our girls for being exploited. Arresting a knife victim because of so-called hurtful words which was also a lie is also outrageous.
