Margate's biggest photography and creative space The studio is available to hire by the hour, for half days, or full days.

Fire Eye Land Studio is a space to create, whether thats photography, film making, workshops, master classes or any other creative endeavours. The studio has been designed to mostly suit photo and video shoots with a 8m x 6m infinity cove, make up area, and professional lighting, but it is a flexible and versatile space and can be used for a number of different things. Photographers and film maker

s of all levels and experience are welcome. If you are looking to use our studio on a more regular basis, becoming a member (www.fireeyeland.com/membership) might be for you. When hiring the studio you will have exclusive use of the space, make up and dressing room, and basic lighting. If you have any specific requests, we will try our best to accommodate to your needs. If you are looking for a space for another creative venture, please don't hesitate to contact us.

VERTIGO : :

New release out today!
I’m so excited to share the music + video for Vertigo.

I’d love to know what this piece conjures up visually for you - it’s inspired by the concept Cosmic Vertigo - as shared by Professor Mark McCaughrean, former Senior Advisor of Science + Exploration at the European Space Agency.

He describes cosmic vertigo as “neither positive or negative - more momentarily transformative…it hits unexpectedly and gives a sudden glimpse of how vast and strange the universe is”.

For the video, artist and film maker Amy Gwatkin shot on an early 2000s camcorder, with movement direction from Imogen Knight.
