We've been to many times before, for their delicious vegan treats and nice coffee. Their wine list also carries some gems, and their 'meet the winemaker' tasting tonight with was more than enjoyable.

Imported by , their style leans towards the so-called natural wines. However, there are no off flavours, all the range had freshness, purity and texture and, above all, intense aromatics - specially floral notes. We brought back a bottle of their orange wine, sealed with crowncap, simple and low alcohol. Just what you need in a midweek drink.

Another amazing surprise was the accompanying wild pizza from . All ingredients are local, seasonal and utterly delicious.

A big thank you to all involved in this gourmand evening.

Thank you and for this smashing MAMA rosé. Such a refreshing option, yet with crunchy structure. Unusual mix of Grolleau, Chenin and Cab Franc, this delivers aromatics of freshly caught raspberries and has more than a bite from phenols, which also supports the flavours for a long time on the palate. Utterly recommended!

What a joy to recently visit Margate on a very quiet day - e.g. not many tourists and several quirky little streets all for ourselves to explore. Between the Turner museum and a nice stroll around the city, we had one of our most delicious meals since moving to London last year at Hantverk & Found ( )

Pairing very well with a wonderful trout was this Viré-Clessé from Domaine du Mont-Epin in the Maconnais, Burgundy. They already farm organically and are in conversion to get the certification. Great minerality, freshness and good fruit concentration all combined nicely with the creamy notes from the malolactic fermentation and the more nuanced toasted, vanilla aromas from partial oak aging. One of these places to definitely come back.

Eight months after our first harvest experience, we got to enjoy the fruits of our labour. Trying the 2018 wines from Forty Hall Vineyard yesterday felt all the more special as we knew some of the grapes were picked by us. And it was lovely to see how London urban winery Blackbook Winery produced a very distinct, personal Bacchus using the same grapes.

It’s not often that we get to enjoy the fruits of our labour. In between two weeding sessions at Forty Hall Vineyards over the Labour Day bank holiday, however, we had the chance to do so. It was refreshing and rewarding to try Forty Hall’s just bottled, ripe and textured 2018 wines from Bacchus...

When visiting the mesmerising Roman Baths, make sure you drop by Corkage Bath, a mix of wine bar, restaurant and shop offering good organic and biodynamic bottles and mouth-watering food.

Other than being home to one of the UK’s most fascinating tourist attractions, the charming city of Bath in South West England hosts a gem wine bar, Corkage. They have actually two shops in town offering good organic and biodynamic bottles – and, as water is the dominant theme here, some truly m...

A quick review of an amazing afternoon at DYNAMIC VINES last Sunday. Their selection is top and deserves to be shared. Take a look at our impressions below.

Nine months have passed since we came to live in London and started writing our bio wine journal from here. Now, we’ve got a wider idea of the organic and biodynamic offer around the city and sometimes beyond to be able to fully enjoy this prime biodynamic tasting by Dynamic Vines. We had not seen...

All about our first harvesting experience in an organic vineyard, right in London. Grapes are looking wonderful this year.

We’ve been visiting vineyards in traditional winemaking countries for years now but, out of pure chance, have always failed to take part in harvesting. That we’ve ended up picking grapes for the first time in such an unexpected place like London is yet another testament to life’s wonderful unp...

Oh wow! There's so much to celebrate everyday, but this week Wine Pace turns one year-old.

We toast with Cramant Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut. This Champagne is pure hedonism. Everyone should try it and if you manage not to be overexcited when you do, let us know.

There's 30% of reserve wines in the blend, which helps build its incredible aromatic complexity. We take the chance to thank for bringing this gem to London.

Cheers to years of great organic wines to come!

It looks like Germany, but it is in France. Find out more about this amazing Winstub in Strasbourg, featuring a wine list filled with local organic and biodynamic gems. Restaurant Chez Yvonne

If you like drinking low-intervention wines when dining out, you’re probably aware of a sometimes annoying recurrence: restaurants working with organic, biodynamic and ‘natural’ bottles tend to practice the kind of cuisine typically described as ‘modern’, ‘contemporary’ or ‘fusion’...

Colmar became notorious these days with the tragic last-time visit of Anthony Bourdain. As he knew very well, this lovely town is definitely worth visiting, being both picturesque and a wine lover's dream. Many of the best bottles of organic and biodynamic producers from the region can be found at La Sommelière. We gathered some of our favourites in the post below.

Whenever we enter a wine shop we’ve never been before, we usually take the pulse of the place by checking their offers from the Loire, a region we know well. What a surprise then to see that the hearts of the people behind La Sommelière in Colmar beat at a similar pace than ours. Lined …

Is making wine a form of art? Isabelle Meyer from the Alsace Domaine Josmeyer tells us what she thinks and much more, below. Good read!

It’s tempting to rely on the cliché that women winemakers make feminine wines. But then again, where do we draw the line between masculine and feminine qualities, anyway? With sunny, dry summers, Alsace has the potential to produce rich, perfumed white wines, often with high levels of residual su...
