From the Adriatic coast of Trani to the international stages of House Music, Domenico's journey is a testament to dedication, evolution, and a pure love of groove. The Origins: Vinyl and Research It all began in 1997. At a time when DJing was still a matter of ear and analog sensibility, he began to shape his own style behind the decks. Those years of apprenticeship in the clubs of Puglia forged his musical DNA: a refined blend of soulful warmth and hypnotic Deep House rhythms. From Mixing to Creation After more than fifteen years of experience as a selector, in 2013 he made the natural transition to production. His debut was marked by the single "Driving at Night," a track that immediately made his sonic vision clear: nocturnal atmospheres, cinematic elegance, and a beat that leaves no escape. His definitive breakthrough came in 2016. His track "Groovin' Rhodes" was selected for the legendary compilation "Hed Kandi Beach House 2016," placing him among the elite of producers defining the sound of the global summer. The Sound and Labels Today, his signature is synonymous with quality and sophistication, as demonstrated by his constant presence on some of the most influential labels in the global house scene. His collaborations and releases include names such as: Salted Music & City Soul Recordings, Soulstar Records & Yesenia, Moiss Music & Groovy Riddim Records, SpekuLLa Records & Tree Sixty One.

Des is a three-time consecutive finalist in the prestigious DMC Turntable Mixing Competitions starting in 1986.

Des started his career in Birmingham's club scene, hosting a unique funk, soul, and reggae show for the BBC at Pebble Mill for four years.

Global Resident and headhunted by BCM Planet Dance (Mallorca) after a four-year stint in Tenerife, cementing a lifelong residency. He also performs summer sessions at Tito’s Mallorca.
